The Co-founder of Freedom in 1999, James served the United States Coast Guard for seven years as well as working for the United Parcel Service which has paved the way for Freedom's Quality Directive and Logistical foundation.  James is driven to make Freedom Sales an industry leader in Global Electronics Distribution.
 

One of the Founders of Freedom, Crystal started her career in Electronics Distribution in 1992 in Sales and Purchasing.  Crystal plays many roles at Freedom Sales, most importantly as our marketing expert.  From Special Client Services and Customer, Public, & Employee relations, to promotional supplies and Branding, Crystal ensures everyone involved with Freedom Sales' success is left with a genuine and lasting impression.  Crystal goes above and beyond to make certain our customers, employees, and business partners know they are part of the Freedom Family.
 

Jodi has been part of Freedom since its inception and has been supporting Freedom in all areas of Finance.  Her background includes a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University and 8 years with the Internal Revenue Service specializing in financial analysis, payment negotiations and problem resolution.
 

With over 25 years of Electronic Distribution experience, John brings his extensive experience in sales, strategic purchasing, customer partnerships and delivering best-in-class solutions to Freedoms global customer base.  He came to the company with 23 years' experience, holding various positions in Distribution including; Director of Purchasing, Sales Management, and Sales.
 

Stan joined Freedom in 2000 as a full-time IT resource, shortly after Freedom's inception in 1999.  Stan was initially tasked with building a technology platform that would meet Freedom's growing business requirements.   Within a few months, the foundation for Freedom's in-house CRM platform, nicknamed TALON, was operational.  Over the years, TALON has expanded beyond CRM to manage almost every area of Freedom's business processes.  Today Stan oversees all aspects of Freedom's IT infrastructure.
 
Stan's background includes a BS in Manufacturing Technology earned in 1985 and 15 years of IT experience with Fortune 100 companies Boeing, Publix Supermarkets, and Verizon.
 

Sally joined Freedom in 2017 as our Director of Quality.  Sally has been in the Electronics/Supply Chain industry for over 30 years formerly with Plexus.  She has held various roles over the years with Plexus, most recently as their Counterfeit Prevention Leader until joining Freedom as the Director of Quality.  She is responsible for developing a strategic vision and plan for quality, identifying program expansion opportunities and establishing quality and reliability standards with current supply chain and customer requirements in her role as the Director of Quality at Freedom.
 
Her background also includes being an active member in numerous Counterfeit Standards Committees and organizations e.g. G-19, G-19A, G-19CI, G-19D, G-19AD, G-19T, CALCE/SMTA Symposium on Counterfeit Parts and Materials - Counterfeit Technical Committee, helping the industry combat counterfeits and ensuring compliance to industry standards, laws and regulations.  Sally will continue this focus in her role as the Director of Quality at Freedom Sales.
