Program 1 - Consignment at Freedom's warehouse

The consignment program is designed to take your obsolete electronic components on consignment.  We take care of labor & warehousing, collection & transportation, destruction & recycling, packaging, and marketing of saleable components and equipment.  We then return a percentage of the final sales price to your company.  The program is simple.  You ship the inventory (including a spreadsheet with all relevant SKU details) to our warehouse where it is inspected, counted, catalogued and stored prior to sale.  We provide an audited accounting of the inventory to you and perform a fair market assessment of the inventory and assume responsibility to set pricing based upon your approval of the assessed value.  We promote the inventory to the global electronic components marketplace, attracts buyers, assumes the credit risk, packs/ships the product and administers warranty claims.  You are provided with Purchase Orders for all product sold and paid on N30 day terms.

Program 2 - Consignment at your warehouse

This consignment inventory program allows you to keep the inventory at your warehouse.  We coordinate with you to locate buyers and market your inventory at the highest return possible.  This feature works great if you are not in a big hurry to sell excess electronics inventory and if you have the warehouse space available to keep your excess inventory on site.   We would require your prompt availability in approving pricing and shipping inventory.  As with Program 1, we will use our worldwide database to broadcast your excess inventory to get you the highest return possible.  Once an offer is accepted you will ship and bill us directly.   We will handle the rest.

We will bid to purchase your excess inventory as a total lot, no matter how large or small.  This eliminates your inventory carrying costs, providing you with a quick solution to move your excess material off your books and provides you with additional liquidity by increasing your cash flow. We will bid on everything that has value including new and obsolete semiconductors, integrated circuits, military components, transistors, resistors, capacitors, diodes, connectors, switches, relays, CPU's or hard drives.
