Account Executive (Experience Required)

The Account Executives position sells electronic components business to business. They control the entire sales cycle from prospecting new accounts to account development. Account Executives are responsable for procurement, sales and negotiation. Our Account Executives possess strong communication skills, the will to finacially succeed and proper time management skills.

Skills Needed:

  • Prospecting potential customers
  • Spending most of the day on the phone generating business
  • Outbound cold/warm calling business to business experience
  • Building, developing and managing relationships with buyers (customers)
  • Develop sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets and goals
  • Must work well under pressure & have excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commision plan
  • Promotions from cash to company trips

Sales Assistant (Entry Level)

The Sales Assistant position at Freedom is the first step to becoming successful. This is typically a 6-12 month training position where you will assist a Sales Manager or Senior Account Executive in day to day activities while learning the industry and managing an account base. Sales Assistants begin with a 6-12 month training program that includes tracking, investigating, resolving problems and reporting sales information. Assistants will also be mentored in prospecting, establishing, and selling to customers while building their own client base. After successful completion of the the assistant program, you will be promoted to Account Executive.

Skills Needed:

  • Energetic personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to build, establish, and maintain a database of customers
  • Create new customers by pursuing sales opportunities
  • Cold and warm calling prospective customers
  • Energetic, motivated and have the ability to be on the phone for a majority of the day

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission plan
  • Promotions from cash to company trips
